It appears to provide a good option to those who are still not sure of whether they would like to practise as psychologists in the future, as the knowledge and skills so acquired will prove useful in many professional fields, including psychotherapy and support groups, social work, mediations, work for the judiciary, police and correctional systems, community and crisis interventions, education, medical assistance, social policy, media, staff recruitment, management, training, market surveys, psychoeducation, and psychoprophylaxis. On gaining this Bachelor’s Degree, graduates can decide whether they will continue psychological studies, or acquire knowledge in other domains. Graduates can work in psychological clinics, HR departments, enterprises, counselling organisations, counselling centres (as family coaches), and educational facilities; they can operate on the mediation and negotiation services market, in advertising, marketing or public relations agencies, in diplomatic institutions, and local government and central Government institutions. Finally, they can set up their own training or counselling business, or work as business and personal development coaches.

Graduates in both specialities will be eligible for commencing second-cycle programmes which, on satisfying other legal requirements, will qualify them to practise as psychologists and provide professional psychological assistance.
